Currently Senior Consultant with WHO Türkiye’s Health Security Project and Visiting Professor of Global Health at Jodhpur School of Public Health, Prof. Roy has shaped national and regional strategies for HIV, TB, health emergencies, and pandemic preparedness in more than 30 countries. She has served as a Health Economist at the Resource Centre for Health Technology Assessment, AIIMS Jodhpur, and as a PhD Research Supervisor at the Faculty of Public Health, Poornima University, Jaipur.
With over two decades of teaching and research experience, Dr. Joshi has held various academic and leadership roles, including Acting Head of Public Health at Lachoo Memorial College, Lecturer at Jodhpur Dental College, Guest Faculty and Senior Advisor at the Jodhpur School of Public Health (JSPH). Dr. Joshi has mentored both national and international students and contributed to several high-impact research projects supported by organizations such as the WHO, ICMR, DHR, NACO, and Tata Trusts.
Renowned for her leadership in geriatric health, Dr. Joshi has played a pivotal role in developing specialized training modules for nursing professionals in elderly care.

She has developed syllabus and introduced short-term value-added courses on Geriatric Mental Health for undergraduate students. Dr. Roja Princy is the Professor & HOD (Psychiatry Nursing) in PG College of Nursing, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh. A PhD in Cognitive Behavioral therapy. She has over 21 years of experience of academic experience, teaching UG and PG and guiding research work. In addition, her areas of interest include counselling and motivational speech.

Dr. Nitin Joshi is a distinguished public health professional and Implementation Science Scholar, trained at the University of Washington, Seattle. With over 18 years of experience encompassing teaching, research, and health system strengthening. Dr. Joshi has designed, facilitated, taught, and coordinated a range of public health courses (MPH, BScPH) at esteemed institutions including AIIMS Jodhpur, Manipal University, and University of Washington, and has served as visiting faculty for various national and international programs. Dr. Joshi has contributed extensively to over 50 public health projects sponsored by organizations like WHO, ICMR, and USAID, and has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications. He has been involved as a Consultant-Expert with the Indian Academy of Geriatrics (IAG) and the World Health Organization, developing a comprehensive background paper on ageing and health for the Southeast Asia Region and participated in the ICOPE (Integrated Care for Older People) WHO Ready Phase report.

She had been the Principal Coordinator of GFATM project under Indian Nursing Council and is a Skill Lab trainer as a District resource person. She has worked as a Mentor in labour room transformation in association with the UNICEF. She is conversant in multiple Indian languages.

Dr. Sreemini Pillai is a Professor and a Gold Medallist in B.Sc Nursing. She has around 29 years of teaching experience and clinical supervision of BSc and MSc nursing students. In this area, she has supported and attended to many geriatric patients in medical and surgical wards. She has been awarded the Sushile GirNikar award at NCQC for best Ladies team. In addition, she has presented Quality circle project at International Convention of quality circles at Changwon, South Korea 2005. She also has been the Master Trainer to train Nurses in HIV prevention and TB prevention under GFATM supported project of INC. She has represented Chhattisgarh and attended ICN ‘Leadership for change’ program (LFC program) which was conducted by international council and INC -2021-2022.
